Testimonials
"The Conscious Journey offered me invaluable insights into every aspect of the psychedelic journey— such as navigating societal stigma, setting clear intentions, fostering safety both in the mind and the body, and integrating the experience afterwards. The program's multifaceted approach beautifully illustrates the profound potential psychedelics hold for healing, personal growth, and emotional processing, while also acknowledging the potential risks and providing tools for how to minimise them.
Jess is an exceptional guide and teacher, who uses her expansive knowledge to explore these topics from various perspectives. In the live sessions, she fosters a sense of connection and helps participants feel grounded and supported even in their vulnerability. I’d highly recommend this programme to anyone who wants to dive deeper into themselves with the use of psychedelics, and who want to maximise the experience through thoughtful preparation and thorough aftercare."

"The Conscious Journey totally exceeded my expectations! I’ve been curious about psychedelics for a while but struggled to find reliable information. This program was incredibly well-structured, offering deep insights into the history of psychedelics, their healing potential, safe usage, and the risks involved—all thoughtfully tailored to the unique needs of women. The three live sessions beautifully supported the experience, allowing us to connect with like-minded women, ask questions, and tune into our bodies.
Despite being online, Jess created a safe and supportive space, feeling into the group’s energy and providing practical tools to support our journey. She is such a strong and inspiring woman who made us feel comfortable throughout the entire course, even in vulnerable group discussions.
I completely recommend this program to anyone—whether you’re an experienced user or a complete beginner—who wants to explore the power of psychedelics and connect with inspiring women from around the world. I’m excited to revisit the course material and dive deeper into the many resources and worksheets provided!"

For the past four years, she has become skilled at creating safe spaces that amplify avenues for self-expression, self-acceptance, and self-awareness.

All of her work is informed by taking action in a way that serves the Earth and our human collective, in hopes of mobilizing inner healing towards outer action.
